If you believe you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer. Matthew 21:22
I don't want to take my husband for granted. I want to embrace and enjoy my time with him. I want to see delight in his face as I strive to please him within our home, within my personal walk with Christ, and as a mother to our children. I know he values me more, when I show him I value us, our home and our life.
One way I can demonstrate that I value him is to pray for him. I know that he faces a lot of stress each day in his work environment. I know that he strives to be an honest husband and father in an unstable, shaky world.
Prayer is only 1 step (all-be-it a powerful one) in protecting and encouraging my husband as he works hard to provide for us. It benefits him, which turns right back around to benefit me and us as a couple. It is so simple to do, yet so easy to forget!
